Because of this we are taking special measures so that we can provide you with a comfortable stay in Switzerland, even under these special circumstances.
The label «Clean & Safe» by Swiss Tourism confirms that the guidelines set by the BAG (Federal Office of Public Health) and HotellerieSuisse are being implemented in the establishment.
Because of the regulations we have to reduce some of our services. Additionally we ask for your understanding, because of the reduced capacity, waiting times can occur. We are confident, that with mutual respect and composure, we can master this special situation together with you.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS
The Corona measures in Switzerland have been lifted by the government
Currently, no restrictions apply in Switzerland.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation conditions in your reservation confirmation apply to all reservations. Depending on the offer, travel period or room category, the cancellation period is 7, 14, 30 or 45 days. Up to that point you can cancel the reservation free of charge. If you choose the non-refundable rate with full prepayment when making your reservation, you will receive a special rate. Please note, however, that in this case no modification or refunds are possible. We recommend that you take out travel insurance with ERV, which currently also insures Corona. Please note that a possible closure of the ski area or new quarantine regulations of individual regions do not allow free cancellation as long as the hotels remain open.
Health is a priority
Upon arrival you confirm that you don't display any symptoms such as fever, a sore throat and/or coughing. If this is not the case, you are halted from traveling. If you start to display any flu symptoms or experience difficulties breathing at any time during your stay, please inform us immediately and to terminate your stay with us. In case of need, you will find the nearest test center at the Polyclinic in St. Moritz Bad ».
Disinfecting your hands
There are stations with disinfectant set up for your use all around the resort.
Basic cleanliness and hygiene
Hygiene is one of our highest priorities at all times, even outside of times of pandemic. Naturally we are continuing to attach great importance to the cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel. Additionally, the doorknobs and elevator buttons are being disinfected regularly. We use cleaning agents with integrated disinfectants throughout the hotel.
Protective masks
Currently there is no mask obligation. Naturally, if you wish to wear one you are free to do so. Please bring your personal masks. If needed, individual protective masks (disposable or reusable) can be purchased at the reception desk.
Breakfast
As per usual the breakfast is offered in form of a buffet. We ask you to disinfect your hands before the buffet and to respect the rules of distance when queuing. We recommend that you arrive a little earlier for breakfast if you wish to avoid the main breakfast time between 08:00 and 10:00. We are at your service from 07:00 am.
Restaurant and dining room
As you have probably already learnt from the media, the restaurant industry, as well as other industries, is currently experiencing an acute shortage of skilled personnel. Unfortunately, we are not exempt from this either. Therefore, our à la carte restaurant Stüvetta will be closed in the evenings from 07 July 2022 until further notice. There is still the possibility to dine with us in the evening as part of our half-board offer (fixed menu). Due to limited capacity, we recommend booking your table ahead of time. Also at midday you do not have to starve and can choose from a small selection of regional dishes from the lunch menu. In addition, our front office team will gladly provide assistance and insider tips regarding restaurant options in the Engadine.
Wellness
The wellness area is open at the regular opening hours.
Mountain railways
The 40-year-old Suvretta-Randolins chairlift is currently out of service. During the summer months, it will be replaced by a modern lift, which is scheduled to open again on 07 December 2022.
The measures are updated and renewed according to the decisions of the government.
State: 03.07.2022
