Because of this we are taking special measures so that we can provide you with a comfortable stay in Switzerland, even under these special circumstances.
The label «Clean & Safe» by Swiss Tourism confirms that the guidelines set by the BAG (Federal Office of Public Health) and HotellerieSuisse are being implemented in the establishment.
Because of the regulations we have to reduce some of our services. Additionally we ask for your understanding, because of the reduced capacity, waiting times can occur. We are confident, that with mutual respect and composure, we can master this special situation together with you.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS
The cancellation conditions in your reservation confirmation apply to all reservations. Depending on the offer, travel period or room category, the cancellation period is 7, 14, 30 or 45 days. Up to that point you can cancel the reservation free of charge. If you choose the non-refundable rate with full prepayment when making your reservation, you will receive a special rate. Please note, however, that in this case no modification or refunds are possible. We recommend that you take out travel insurance with ERV, which currently also insures Corona. Please note that a possible closure of the ski area or new quarantine regulations of individual regions do not allow free cancellation as long as the hotels remain open.
Health is a priority
Upon arrival you confirm that you don't display any symptoms such as fever, a sore throat and/or coughing. If this is not the case, you are halted from traveling. If you start to display any flu symptoms or experience difficulties breathing at any time during your stay, please inform us immediately and to terminate your stay with us.
Regular testing in companies
The Randolins employees are tested regularly.
Distance and hygiene rules, mandatory masks
We thank you, that you adhere to the distance and hygiene rules set by the BAG (Federal Office of Public Health) at all times and that you do not mix with other guest groups. Masks are compulsory in all public areas of the hotel - such as the lobby, reception, corridors, restaurant (except at the table) and wellness. A mask must also be worn in the outdoor area around the hotel if the distances cannot be maintained.
Disinfecting your hands
There are stations with disinfectant set up for your use all around the resort.
Basic cleanliness and hygiene
Hygiene is one of our highest priorities at all times, even outside of times of pandemic. Naturally we are continuing to attach great importance to the cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel. Additionally, the doorknobs and elevator buttons are being disinfected regularly. We use cleaning agents with integrated disinfectants throughout the hotel.
Shuttle Bus: Masks are a must
As we cannot maintain the required distance in our hotel bus, all passengers must wear masks.
If you would prefer to take a cab, we recommend Taxi Agim (Tel +41 81 833 23 11). Please mention that you are guests of the Randolins hotel when calling the cab, as you will receive a special price of CHF 25.00 per trip from the Randolins to the "Schulhausplatz" or the train station of St. Moritz.
Please bring your personal masks. If needed, individual protective masks (disposable or reusable) can be purchased at the reception desk. When skiing during the winter season, it is also mandatory to wear a mouth and nose protection, with the exception of the slopes.
As per usual the breakfast is offered in form of a buffet. We ask you to disinfect your hands before the buffet, to respect the rules of distance when queuing and to wear a mask at all times (unless you are sitting at your table). We recommend that you arrive a little earlier for breakfast if you wish to avoid the main breakfast time between 08:00 and 10:00. We are at your service from 07:00 am.
Restaurant and dining room
The restaurant including the terrace is also open to non-hotel guests. In the dining room and the restaurant Stüvetta the amount of seats have been reduced, so that the required distance can be maintained. We have added more tables to our terrace, so that guests can sit outside in nice weather. In the restaurant, a maximum of four people per table is allowed (except for families with small children), a maximum of six people per table on the terrace. By order of the authorities, registration is mandatory. We recommend making a table reservation for dinner. In the evening, two à-la-carte mealtimes are offered. So it is possible to have dinner at 6pm/6.30pm or at 8pm/8.30pm.
The wellness area is open at the regular times and exclusively for hotel guests, however the amount of people permitted at one time as been limited at 20. We ask you, to adhere to the distance and hygiene rules in the wellness area as well and to respect the limit of people permitted and indicated for each room. In addition, it is compulsory to wear a mask. This does not apply to the steam bath, finarium, sauna, infrared cabin and whirlpool.
The playroom is open, but limited to one family at a time. The play corner in the dining room, on the other hand, must unfortunately remain closed until further notice. The playground outside is at your disposal without any restrictions. The weekly children's activities such as baking in the hotel kitchen will not take place for the time being.
The measures are updated and renewed according to the decisions of the government.
