Because of this we are taking special measures so that we can provide you with a comfortable stay in Switzerland, even under these special circumstances.
The label «Clean & Safe» by Swiss Tourism confirms that the guidelines set by the BAG (Federal Office of Public Health) and HotellerieSuisse are being implemented in the establishment.
Because of the regulations we have to reduce some of our services. Additionally we ask for your understanding, because of the reduced capacity, waiting times can occur. We are confident, that with mutual respect and composure, we can master this special situation together with you.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS
Because of the current situation we have shortened our cancelation period for this summer season. This way you have the option to cancel or modify your booking until 7 days before arrival (14 day for family categories). The cancellation terms in your confirmation are binding.
If you select the non-refundable payment when booking your stay, you will receive a special price. Please note that in this case no refunds or date changes will be possible.
Health is a priority
Upon arrival you confirm that you don't display any symptoms such as fever, a sore throat and/or coughing. If this is not the case, you are halted from traveling. If you start to display any flu symptoms or experience difficulties breathing at any time during your stay, please inform us immediately and to terminate your stay with us.
Distance and hygiene rules
We thank you, that you adhere to the distance and hygiene rules set by the BAG (Federal Office of Public Health) at all times and that you do not mix with other guest groups.
Disinfecting your hands
There are stations with disinfectant set up for your use all around the resort.
Basic cleanliness and hygiene
Hygiene is one of our highest priorities at all times, even outside of times of pandemic. Naturally we are continuing to attach great importance to the cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel. Additionally, the doorknobs and elevator buttons are being disinfected regularly.
Shuttle Bus: Masks are a must
As we cannot maintain the required distance in our hotel bus, all passengers must wear masks.
If you would prefer to take a cab, we recommend Taxi Agim (Tel +41 81 833 23 11). Please mention that you are guests of the Randolins hotel when calling the cab, as you will receive a special price of CHF 25.00 per trip from the Randolins to the "Schulhausplatz" or the train station of St. Moritz.
Besides in the Shuttle Bus you are not obligated to wear a mask in the rest of the hotel. Naturally, if you wish to wear one you are free to do so. Please bring your own personal mask. If necessary you can purchase one at the hotel reception (single use or multiple use).
As per usual the breakfast is offered in form of a buffet. We ask you to disinfect your hands before going to the buffet and to keep the required distance while waiting in line.
Restaurant and dining room
In the dining room and the restaurant Stüvetta the amount of seats have been reduced, so that the required distance can be maintained. We have added more tables to our terrace, so that guests can sit outside in nice weather. We recommend making a table reservation for dinner. In the evening, two à-la-carte mealtimes are offered. So it is possible to have dinner at 6pm/6.30pm or at 8pm/8.30pm.
The wellness area is open at the regular times, however the amount of people permitted at one time as been limited at 30. We ask you, to adhere to the distance and hygiene rules in the wellness area as well and to respect the limit of people permitted and indicated for each room.
Unfortunately the play room as well as the play corner in the dining room will remain closed until further notice. The playground outside is at your disposal without any restrictions. The weekly children's activities such as baking in the hotel kitchen will not take place for the time being.
The measures are updated and renewed according to the decisions of the government.
